Did You Know?

Established in 1808, Delaware County is named after the Delaware Native American tribe. The county grew around Ohio Wesleyan University, founded in 1842, and became a wealthy suburban area due to its proximity to Columbus. The county is also home to the Little Brown Jug, a prestigious harness racing event.
