ABOUT
Amanda Sedlak-Hevener holds an M.L.I.S. in Museum Studies from Kent State University and an M.A. in History from the University of Akron. She has previously been the Executive Director of the North Canton Heritage Society, a Camp In Counselor for the William McKinley Presidential Library and Museum, and an Intern for Spring Hill Historic Home. While at Spring Hill, she implemented numerous exhibits, one of which, Mourning Arvine Wales: Death in the 1800s won an Ohio Museum Association Award for Best Exhibit.
Amanda also wrote about weird history and true crime for Ranker.com, and was a history columnist for the Akron, Ohio publication The Devil Strip.
